As a vehicle repair centre we can cater for repairs ranging from minor scratches to major accident damage. We carry out repairs for private individuals, major insurance companies and management companies.
We have three spray booths, were all paint work is carried out. In total we occupy 13,000 square feet of space in which approximately 3,000 square foot is allocated to Panel Beating and any Jig work. The remaining 10,000 square foot is taken by Paint Preparation and Stripping and Fitting of the vehicles. We also have a fully equipped Valeting Bay.
We have three paint systems in place, namely Sikkens, Standox and Lechler.
We have computerised four wheel alignment, full welding equipment to cater for all modern manufactures. We also offer a full valeting service, recovery-collection/delivery service, air conditioning service and alloy wheel refurbishment. For smaller repairs we can also offer paint-less dent removal.
We have the computer technology to enable us to carry out estimates on vehicles from three different systems- again all insurance approved. The estimating systems work along side our new management system which is designed specifically for the body shop industry.
We have 30 courtesy cars on fleet at the moment along with 5 small vans which are available to all of our customers.
