Key Performance Indicators
To continue working with the above companies we are constantly assessed. In the case of the insurance companies they frequently carry out “spot checks” where they will contact the customer and ask questions relating to the quality of service and the repairs they received. Our feedback is always excellent.
In the case of the management companies some of them run a “KPI” (Key Performance Indicators) system, for which points are awarded for different aspects of the business and rated on a bronze silver and gold system. The assessment ranges from things like how quickly the vehicle was repaired to how quickly the invoice has been issued. Our position is usually in the “Gold” band.
